Leaving her job after a Pandemic awakening, Donna has 25 years of corporate experience working for organisations such as ITV and Disney and most recently as Head of Commercial for Immediate Media Co. Obsessed with moving business forward using the art of genuine connection and communication, making ‘work’ happier and more aligned with who we are as individuals and aligning the business and personal core values, she has combined her business experience with NLP mindset coaching and performance training to create Joyology®️; a training and energising programme that puts the individual first to create a more fulfilled and inspired workforce.

This is Westgate Hall’s 7th International Women’s Day event, presented in collaboration with Canterbury BID. Previous speakers have included Ruth Simpson, Kate Hofman and Paula Spencer.
