Hear from our talented youth at these Schools Concerts for Canterbury Festival at Westgate Hall

All schools’ concerts are free  – no booking required.

Barton Court Grammar School
Monday 17 October, 1pm
Students from Years 7-13 will perform an eclectic mix of styles, both as soloists and ensembles. Music at Barton Court is an all-inclusive experience, demonstrated by the wide  variety of pieces presented.

Kent College
Tuesday 18 October, 1pm
Ensemble and solo items performed by Kent College musicians.

Canterbury College
Wednesday 19 October, 1pm
Music and performing arts students from Canterbury College will be playing, singing, dancing and acting a selection of repertoire and extracts.

The Simon Langton Grammar School for Boys
Thursday 20 October, 1pm
Current sixth-form students perform a range of music including popular songs, hits from musicals, jazz, and classical music.

Canterbury Academy
Friday 21 October, 1pm
Students from all ages will perform a range of classical, popular and music theatre songs and pieces, led by their elite sixth-form programmes.
