International Women’s Day Networking Breakfast
6th March 2026
Start International Women’s Day powerfully at Westgate Hall’s popular networking breakfast in Canterbury city centre.
Join us for a morning of soul, story, and connection. Expect great conversations, great people, and the chance to make valuable connections. Experience an exclusive performance from the award-winning Kent Gospel Choir, two-time winners of the University Gospel Choir of the Year, before our guest panel, featuring Domenica Pecoraro, the Strategic Lead for Sanctuary & Racial Justice in the Social Justice Network and Samantha Scott Marques, Fundraising & Alumni Engagement Lead at the University of Kent, offer insights into the University of Kent’s Sanctuary Scholars Programme and our path to Canterbury becoming a City of Sanctuary.
With plenty of time for discussion before and after our speakers take the stage, there will be no shortage of inspiration to spark new connections and conversation throughout the morning.
Whether you’re here for the mission, the music, the networking or all of this, you’ll leave with more spring in your step.
This is Westgate Hall’s 9th International Women’s Day event, presented in collaboration with Canterbury BID.
The event is open to everyone.
Friday 6th March 8:30-11am
Tickets £15 – includes a light buffet breakfast with hot and cold drinks.
With thanks to Bo Concept for event design.
